In a sealed bottle, BG Reynolds products are at their best before the Best By date on the bottle, set 2 years from the date of production. After that they're still usable but may have separated or discolored.

Once opened, refrigerate. Use syrups within about 90 days; our juice-based mixers are more perishable, so use those within about 30 days; bitters keep about 90 days.

Our products are crafted with natural ingredients, so you may notice some spice, nut, or fruit sediment settling at the bottom or floating to the top of your bottle. This is normal and adds to the freshness and flavor of our products. Just give the bottle a good shake before you enjoy it.

We love hearing from our customers and learning about their preferences. While we don’t offer custom mixers or syrups at the moment, we are always open to new ideas and requests. Our syrups and mixers are non-alcoholic — add your own spirit, or don't. Our bitters are the one exception: they're alcoholic but non-potable, a concentrated seasoning used by the dash, not something you'd drink on its own.
