DARK CONTINENT
Pour rum, ginger syrup, lemon juice and egg white into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 60 seconds. Strain into ice filled tiki head mug and garnish with an edible flower. Add straw and enjoy!.

Add to a Boston shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, strain into your favorite Tiki mug filled with crushed ice and garnish with lemon zest, a mint sprig and Tiki swizzle. Add a straw and serve.

Cocktail syrups Used
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg, and a lime wheel studded with cloves.
