Demerara Dry Float - Recipe

Shake all ingredients except 151 proof rum with crushed ice. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Add more crushed ice on top, and float 151 rum over the top.


  • ½ oz Orgeat

  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
