Beachcomber's (Donga) Punch Recipe:

• ¾ oz Lime juice
• ¾ oz Paradise Blend
• 1½ oz Martinique Rhum

Shake ingredients together with crushed ice and pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.

BG's tips

I like a blanc Martinique for this one, the Paradise Blend can get really strong, so a strong Rhum to work with it does wonders.
