Sadly, we have had to retire some of our favorite products, like our dearly loved Tiki Spices Cocktail Syrup, from our regular rotation. BUT we are releasing them from time to time as part of our Limited Release program. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay tuned!

“It seasoned everything and complained about nothing.”
The testament of the retired
This syrup has been laid to rest – but nothing stays buried when enough voices call. Add yours, and if the chorus grows loud enough, we will fire up the kettles again.

“I dig it. I used it to spice up a whiskey sour using Rye whiskey and lime juice. I will be experimenting with it further in the future.”
Ryan C.“This is an excellent syrup for tiki cocktails, and I really appreciated the opportunity to order some via the small batch pre-order process”
Jeremiah A.The old tiki bars ran on spice blends they refused to explain — warm, dark somethings that made a rum drink taste like a secret. This is ours: Jamaican pimento berry (allspice, if you're not from the island that grows it) and real Madagascar vanilla over brown sugar. Warm, peppery, faintly sweet — the undercurrent that makes classic tiki taste classic.
Reach for it where a recipe wants allspice dram but you'd rather keep the proof in the rum, or pour it with dark rum and pineapple and call it a Pimento Punch. A spoonful turns a Piña Colada from beach souvenir into something with shadows in it.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 90 days — unopened, it keeps for two years from the date of manufacture.
