• ¾ oz Lime Cordial

Shake with plenty of ice and strain into a coupe.

My Lime Cordial does well in place of lime juice and sugar in a pinch. Just make sure you adjust the rest of the syrups in the cocktail, so that it doesn't come out overly sweet. No cloying cocktails!
