Orgeat Sour Recipe:
- ¾ oz Original Orgeat
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Keep shaking. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a cherry picked to an orange.
An Orgeat twist on the classic Amaretto sour
Orgeat adds a bit of depth anywhere it goes. Use as a substitute for simple syrup, especially when mixing with aged spirits.
