Missionary's Downfall Recipe:

• ½ oz Honey Mix
• ½ oz Lime juice
• ½ oz Creme de Peche or Peach Brandy
• 1½ oz Light Rum
• ½ of a pineapple ring
• 10 mint leaves

Blend all ingredients with 4 oz of crushed ice. Let it settle for 1 minute, then pour slowly into a coupe while straining the foam by holding it back with a spoon. Release the foam on top of the cocktail. Garnish with an orchid and mint sprig.
