Double Pineapple Rum Punch
Double Pineapple Rum Punch Recipe:
- 1 oz Pineapple Molasses syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Pineapple rum
- 1 oz Overproof rum
- 12 dashes Angostura bitters (float)
Mix all ingredients except bitters with crushed ice. Pour all contents into Mai Tai glass. Top with more crushed ice. Dash bitters on until the ice looks like a damn bitters sno-cone.

I say Overproof rum. Sometimes that mean's something like OFTD, sometimes that means something like Rum Fire or Wray & Nephew Overproof. No matter what, just don't use the cheap stuff, which is just rotgut. I've had more drinks ruined by those than enjoyed.
