Dog Days Swizzle Recipe:
- 1½ BG Reynolds Fassionola
- 1 overproof Jamaican rum
- 1 blended white rum
- ¾ fresh lime juice
- float Angostura bitters
Put crushed ice into a tall Collins glass, and pour in all ingredients except the bitters Take your lele stick or bar spoon and mix it up until uniform, add more crushed ice until the glass is nearly overflowing, and top with a few healthy dashes of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
