Demerara Dry Float
Here's how!
Demerara Dry Float Recipe:
- 1 oz Demerara Rum
- 1 oz 151 proof Demerara Rum
- ¾ oz Passion Fruit syrup
- ½ oz Orgeat
- ½ oz Lemon juice
Shake all ingredients except 151 proof rum with crushed ice. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Add more crushed ice on top, and float 151 rum over the top.

Never pour a float directly into the drink, make sure there's something that will let it gently descend to the top, like a bar spoon, or a big topping of ice!
