Boo Loo
Here's how!
Boo Loo Recipe:
- 1¼ oz Honey Mix
- 2½ oz Pineapple juice
- 1½ oz Lime juice
- 1½ oz Gold rum
- ¾ oz 151 proof Demerara rum
- ¾ oz Jamaican rum
- 2 Pineapple rings
- 1½ oz Soda water (to fill)
Core a pineapple and freeze the shell overnight. Save 2 rings for the drink.
Fill the frozen pineapple shell with crushed ice. Blend all ingredients except soda without ice. Add Soda. Pour into pineapple. Any overfill can go into a rocks glass.
Garnish with the top of the pineapple! Just make sure to cut out slits for straws.

We're blending without ice because this isn't a slushy drink, the pineapple will keep the drink cold, and we don't want to misjudge and have a drink overflowing from our pineapple!
