Orgeat Sour Recipe:

• ¾ oz Original Orgeat
• 1 oz Lemon juice
  
• 2 oz Bourbon
  
• 1 egg white
  

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Keep shaking. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a cherry picked to an orange.
