Lapu Lapu Recipe:

• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Passion Fruit syrup
• ¾ oz Divine Vanilla syrup
• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Dark Rum

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and pour into goblet. Garnish with two pineapple fronds and a cherry, pierced together.

Named after Chief Lapu Lapu, a Filipino chief that was one of the first to resist Spanish colonization, the Lapu Lapu is a classic tiki cocktail that dates to the mid 1950s.
