Here's how!

Horse's Highball Recipe:

  • ½ oz BG Reynolds' Bar syrup
  • 4 oz Brandy
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 dashes Pernod or Herbsaint
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • seltzer to fill

Shake with crushed ice; strain into tall highball glass. Add ice and fill with seltzer. Dust with nutmeg.
