Fog Cutter
Here's how!
Fog Cutter Recipe:
- ½ oz Original Orgeat
- 2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 2 oz Light rum
- 1 oz Pisco brandy
- ½ oz Gin
- ½ oz madeira (float)
Mix all ingredients except madeira with crushed ice. Dump into a tall glass and top with crushed ice. Float the madeira over a spoon. Garnish with an orange slice and pineapple frond.

BG's tips
I've used Soju as well in the place of the Pisco, which is itself a sub for the original recipe's call for Brandy. Never felt it added anything. Maybe you can take it in another direction and try it with Cognac, now there's drinkin'!
